We humans are continuing a ritual which is known as Worshipping. Worshipping of gods or anything which or whom we consider gods.
We are continuing the practice from a very long time but we don't know the purpose of Worshipping. So, lets know some purpose of Worshipping.
Purpose of Worshipping
Worshipping helps us to be calm, it soothes us.
After Worshipping, we can feel that we are more calm.
Worshipping helps us to be positive in every situation. It is scientifically proved that a person who worship daily show more positive attitude towards a problem than a person who don't worship daily.
Worshipping helps us to be relieved. After Worshipping we can feel signs of relief in our body.
Worshipping affect emotional quantity of our body. After Worshipping we feel emotionally relaxed.
Worshipping helps us to increase our focus or we can say concentration.
After all we can say, worshipping is good for us and we must continue this practice.
