1. There are various intances of crime against women.Women are exploided harassed at the work place at home .there are many cases of domestic violence against women which makes her unsafe even in her family.
2.Womens still have a small share in highly paid jobs.Even if a women work for no. of hours than a man her work is not given importance.
3. In our society women are not given importance and even people prefer a boy child over a girl child.and some also kill girl child before they are born .
