State any three points of distinction between the federal from of government and the unitary from of India.

Federal form of government-
1. in this type of government, there are two levels of government ,one at the Central level and other at the State level. both levels have their areas of jurisdiction.
Unitary form of government-
1. but in this type of government either there is only one level of government or the sub units are subordinate to the central government.


Federal form of government-
2. Central Government cannot order the state government to do something.
Unitary form of government-
2. the central government can pass on orders to the local government.
