The three provisions that are made in the constitution in order to prevent the exploitation of the weaker section are as follow:

  • The constitution strictly forbids the trafficking of human beings as more people that are left behind in the society and the weaker ones are the easy prey of human trafficking which is untouchability.
  • The constitution also prohibits forced labor and slavery practice where the weaker person is working for their master for free of cost just because they provide accommodation and flooding.
  • The constitution also strictly prohibits child labor and no child below the age of 14 should be forced for labour and working in a factory or mines under harsh conditions.
