Since the UAE government is quite concerned about the environment, they took a few steps to ensure well being and safety of the animal. Two of them are:-
The UAE government banned private ownership of dangerous animals. The reason being the locals(sheikhs) would keep tigers and lions as their pets.
They also banned sea dumping and implemented policies and legislation.
