Sri Lanka's. method was wrong . There the Sinhala tried to took their major control over the country not regarding the Tamils . Due to which they felt alienated and which further led to civil war in the country.
Belgium's model was a great inspiration for other countries.It amended it's constitution 4 times in 23 years so as to work out an arrangement that could satisfy everyone.Some elements of their model are:
