Under the provision of Factories Act, 1948 except Section 67 Prohibition of employment of young children.
No child who has not completed his fourteenth year shall be required or allowed to work in any factory.
This Act may be called the Factories Act, 1948 and extends to the whole of India comes into force on the 1st day of April 1949.
