Zoospore:

1)A zoospore is mostly Haploid

2)Zoospores are flagellated.

3)Zoospores are formed inside zoosporangium.

4)It results in A-sexual reproduction.


Zygote:

1)Zygote is always diploid.

2)The zygote is usually non-flagellated.

3)zygote usually forms in female part of an organism.

4)It is resultant of syngamy during sexual reproduction.
