Prokaryotes –
1) No membrane bound nucleus.
2) Cell walls made up of Peptidoglycan.
3) Cell size remains form 0.5 um to 100 um.
Eukaryotes –
1) Membrane bound nucleus.
2) Cell wall, if present made up of cellulose.
3) Cell size ranges form 10 um to 150 um.
