Explanation:

Einstein equation of photoelectric effect is h\vartheta  = h\vartheta _{0} +\frac{mv^{2} }{2}..................................(1)

Effect of this equation are :

(1)Threshold frequency(\vartheta_{0}): The minimum frequency required to remove the electron from the metal surface is known as threshold frequency.Without achieving this frequency electrons are not remove from the metal surface.

(2)Since electrons are moving with the velocity v so they posses the kinetic energy \frac{mv^{2} }{2}.
