Favorable conditions for the growth of cotton are : -
1) A dry and moist climate.
2) Good quality of soil ( example: silt soil) with good nutrient quality.
3) Contrast temperature between 18°C to 30°C.
4) A Minimum of 500mm of water for germination seeds and boll formation.
