Bohr's atomic model :-

1) Electrons move around the nucleus in their definite paths called orbits.

ex - K, L, M etc

2) Each orbit has its own energy level.

3) Electrons can jumps from its orbits due to gaining or radiating energy.

4) The no of e- is fixed for a particular orbit

5) The no of e- in a particular orbit is given by the equation 2n^2, where n is the serial number of that orbit.

ex - For 'K shell' and 'M' shell the value of 'n ' is 1 and 2 respectively.
