Fleming’s Right Hand Rule states that the direction of induced current (indicated by Middle Finger) is perpendicular to both the direction of magnetic field from North pole to South pole (indicated by Index Finger) and the direction of movement or motion (indicated by Thumb).

stretch the thumb, forefinger & middle finger of the right hand mutually perpendicular to eachother such that the forefinger point towards the magnetic field, then the middle finger, the thumb point towards the motion of a conductor, then the middle finger will give the direction towards the induced current
