Answer: Physical changes can be reversed, such as burning paper, tie-dying a t-shirt, sharpening a pencil, or ripping a sticky note. Chemical changes can NOT be reversed, such as burning paper, cooking an egg, baking a cake, or iron rusting.

Four differences between physical and chemical changes:-
- Temporary/Permanent:- Usually, physical changes are temporary but, in case of chemical change, it is a permanent change.
- Reversible/Irreversible:- Physical changes can be reversed but chemical changes can't be reversed.
- Change in properties:- All properties of an object changes after chemical change but, in case of physical a few property is changed. (Take an example of ice.)
- Formation of new substance:- In case of physical change no new substance is formed (It can be changed into the desired form also) but not so in chemical change.
