Iris >> A dark coloured muscular diaphragm which controls and regulates the amount of light entering the eye. It does so by adjusting the size of the pupile.

Pupil >> the opening in the center of the iris. It appears black as on light reflected from it.

Lens >> the eye lens is a convex lens made up of transparent crystalline layers.

Retina >>the lens of the eye froms a real, inverted image of the object on the inner coat of the eye this screen is called retina.

Optic nerve >> the nerve which transmits the image formed on the retina to the brain in the form of electrical signals.
