He stated that an in liquid state of any gas the equal volume of two gases will contain same number of molecules of each gas.

i.e. V1/n1 = V2/n2

Like One mole of Oxygen gas,Nitrogen gas and Hydrogen gas, all will have volume 22.4L and no of molecules = 6.022×10²³ atoms.
