✍✍Henry’s law − The solubility of a gas in a liquid is directly proportional to the pressure of the gas.

Or

✍✍The partial pressure of a gas in vapour phase (p) is directly proportional to the mole fraction of the gas (x) in the solution, i.e;

➡️➡️p = KHx

p = KHx➡️➡️Where, KH = Henry’s law constant

✍✍As it is clear from the formula that mole fraction of  gas in the solution is directly proportional partial pressure. Hence as we increase the pressure the mole fraction of gas will increase that means its amount dissolved in the solution will increase.
