State if the solubility increases, decreases or remains the same with rise in temperature for each of the following compounds:(i) Calcium sulphate (ii) Potassium nitrate (iii) Sodium chloride​

i) The solubility of calcium sulphate when the temperature decreases. If the temperature is raised, the solubility will decrease.

(ii) Solubility of potassium nitrate increases dramatically with the rise in temperature. Solubility of potassium nitrate increases from approximately 30 g per 100 g of water to over 200 g per 100 g water when temperature is raised.

(iii) For sodium chloride, solubility does not depend much on temperature. The difference in solubility of NaCl with the rise in temperature is negligible.
