Digestive enzymes are secreted by liver pancreas and walls of small intestine

1) liver

*Bile juice

The food coming from stomach is acidic and has to be made Alkaline for the pancreatic enzyme to act.

*Bile salt

Breakdown larger globules of fat into smaller globules so that enzymes can act upon them.

2) pancreas

*Trypsin

Digesting proteins

*Lipase

Breaking down emulsified fats.

3) walls of small intestine

*Intestinal juice

Converts proteins into amino acids Complex carbohydrates into glucose and fats into fatty acids and glycerol.

Answer:

Digestive enzymes such as amylase, lipase, pepsin, trypsin, etc. helps to break the complex food particles into simple ones so that these simple particles can be easily absorbed by the blood and thus transported to all the cells of the body.
