A German Astronomers, Johannes Kepler analysis the data on planetary motion, collected by a Danish astronomers Tycho Brahe. from his analysis, Kepler was able to formulate the 3 laws of planetary motion.
1) law of orbit
every planet revolves in an elliptical orbit round the sun, with the sun situated at one of the focii of the ellipse,

2) law of equal Area
the radius vectors drawn from the sun to any planet sweeps out equal areas in equal intervals of time. the areal velocities of the radius vectors is constant.
3) law of period
the square of the revolution of the planet round the sun is directly proportional to the cube of the semi major axis

Heya mate
The answer of ur question is

☆ Kelper gave three laws of the planetary motion .

1 ) Law of Orbit - It states that planets revolve around the sun in an eliptical orbit with sun at one of its foci.

2 ) Law of Area - According to this law , planets sweeps out equal area and equal interval of time .
Or ARIAL VELOCITY OF THE PLANET IS ALWAYS CONSTANT .

3) Law of period - It states that
Square of time period of the planet is directly proportional to the cube of its radius of the major axis .

hope it helps
