the law that the properties of the elements are periodic functions of their atomic numbers. 2. Also called Mendeleev's law. (originally) the statement that the chemical and physical properties of the elements recur periodically when the elements are arranged in the order of their atomic weights.

Noble gases have zero electron gain enthalpy because they contain all paired electrons and there is no place to accept another electron. All the orbitals are completely filled in them. So, they can't accept an electron and so the enthalpy is zero.

☆ nobal gas have zero gain electrone enthalpy becoz
they contain all paired electrone ad there is no place to accept to another electrone .
all orbits are completely filled in them so,they can not accept electrone ad so the enthalpy is zero.
