it is that if some ones body is at rest it will be at rest till some unless an outside force acts on it

Newton's First Law of Motion:
an object that is at rest will stay at rest unless and until an external force is applied on it.
an object that is at motion will not change its velocity unless and until an external force is applied upon it.
