Newton second law:-the rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the force applied to it .
i.e. F=k (dp/dt)
where dp/dt is rate of change of momentum .
we also now momentum=mass x velocity
let initial velocity u of body apply a force F on it then body moves with velocity v
now
change in momentum=mv-mu=m(v-u)
we know for kinematic equation
v=u+at
at=(v-u)
put this above dp=m (v-u)=mat
a/c Newton law
F=kdp/dt=kmat/t=kma
here k is proportionality constant
put k =1
F=ma

❤. Newtonś Second Law :

"The rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the external force acting on the body and it is in the direction ,in which the force acts"
