We know that change linear momentum of a body is equal to ∆(mv)
∆p= ∆(mv)
we know
∆v = v-u/t = acceleration
mass of the body always remains constant.
change in momentum in a time period
∆p/∆t=ma
force=impulse=change in Linear momentum
hence f=ma
hope it helps
