Newton’s 3rd law of motion states that action and reaction are always equal but opposite in direction.

Newton’s third law of motion:-

Newton's third law of motion says- To every action, there is always an equal and opposite reaction and they act on different bodies.

For example:-

(1) While swimming our palms and feet push water backward for which water exerts an equal force on our body in the opposite direction and pushes us forward.

(2) You hit the wall with a force, and that exact same amount of force is returned by the wall.
