It state that the time rate of change in linear momentum of a body is directly proportional to the external force is applied on it and change in momentum takes place in direction of external force  F is directly proportional to change in momentum =dp÷dt     or F = k dp÷dt And in SI k = 1  Then F = dp÷dt  Now p =mv  So F = mdv÷dt and dv÷dt = a  Hence proved F = ma And any problem in this derivation contact me 9837304536 ok
