Ohm’s law states that if the temperature remains constant then the current passing through the conductor will be directly proportional to the potential difference that is applied across the circuit.

Hence, V is directly proportional to I

To remove proportionality we use Resistance, R

Which will make,

V = I * R

If we increase the voltage then the current will increase as well.
