State one difference between Dugwells and tube wells.Explain any two fresh initiative taken to increase water available for agriculture.

Dugwells are large holes dig into land and water is taken out with baskets or small containers. But in tubewell water is taken out with motors. Tubewell is more effective than Dugwells because it gives out more water in less time.
