◆In that country ,Universal adult franchise is not abolised.No one can vote their representative.
◆In that country , dictorship form of govt take place.

Pakistan
a. Pakistan under General Musharraf could not be regarded as Democracy as it was a military dictatorship where the latter overthrew a democratically elected government in 1999 by staging a military coup.
b. By declaring himself the chief executive and latter the President Genera Musharraf in 2001 he vested the decision making powers.
c. In 2002 General Musharraf held parliamentary election or referendum which were not democratic as opposition parties were banned and the referendum as reported was characterized by malpractice's to endorse his rule.
d. In 2002 the constitution was amended that gave the General supreme authority and absolute power to dissolve national and provisional assemblies.
e. In Pakisatn, during military rule, all the major decisions were taken by the military rulers and General and not by the National assembly
China
a. In China, elections are held regularly after a span of 5 years for electing Chinese Parliament or National People's congress.
b. Representatives are elected by the people and some members are also elected by the army.
c. However, only those candidates who are affiliated with communist parties or its allies are allowed to contest elections.
d. A candidate in order to contest also need approval of the Communist party in China.
e. Thus there are no choices available to the people in China.
f. The elections in China are not rather free and fair, as there is no opposition to the ruling party and that the Communist party in power does not have fair chance of losing.
Mexico
a. In Mexico, all the elections have been won by PRI, which has always indulged in malpractises so as to win elections.
b. Opposition parties have never won elections.
c. Elections there have been ricked and not conducted in a fair and free manner. This again is not democratic.
d.In Mexico, electoral laws were modified to ensure that PRI always won.
e. In Mexico Media has largely ignored the activities of opposition political parties except to criticise them.
Zimbabwe
a. Elections have been held regulatory and always won by ZANU-PF.
b. President Mugave is popular but also uses unfair practises in elections.
c. The constitution has been amended to increase President's powers and authority.
d.Opposition parties are harassed, public protests are illegal.
e. There is a law that limits the right to criticise the president
f. Media is controlled by the government.

a. Saudi Arabia gain cannot be regarded as a democratic country because here women are not granted voting rights
b. Saudi Arabia still has a monarchial regime.
Estonia

b. The country has not extended the principle of political equality to all.
Fiji
a. Fiji also cannot be regarded as a democratic country because here the value of vote casted by natives Fiji is more than Indians Fijian.
