in DC current flows in one direction

in Ac current changes direction periodically

Hii mates The basic difference between ac nd dc motor are : 1. Ac motors are powered from alternating current while dc motors are powered from direct current. 2. Ac motor brushes nd commutator are absent while in dc motor it is present Hope it helps Mark my ans as brainliest :-)
