1.As cytoplasm does not have the nucleus, which is present in the protoplasm.

2. Cell wall is present only in plant cell whereas cell membrane is present in both plant and animal cell.

3. Mitochondria are found in animal, plant, fungal and some bacterial cells whereas Ribosomes are found in all cells.

5. Cells are the fundamental unit of life whereas tissues are the group of cells.

6. Cartilage is soft whereas bones are hard and tough.
