The listed below are some differences that can be seen in transpiration as well as guttation -
1. In transpiration, the loss of water happens in vapours whereas in guttation, it is through drops of water that the loss of water happens.
2. We can see the water loss happening through cuticles and stomata during transpiration. But in guttation, it happens by hydathodes.
3. The process of transpiration can be controlled but guttation can't be controlled.
