 Reservations does help in uplifting the minorities.... it tends to give them importance, opportunities and a platform to compete with others. However, reservation should be on the basis of their economic background......since even the rich section of minority group

I think that reservation plays an important role in providing social justice to the dalits and adivasis because:

everyone should get the right opportunity to show their creativity and their talent. but sometimes poor cast people like people in BPL or adivasis didn't get the chance because of so called rich people. so I think it is fair to have reservation for adivasis because everyone has right to get equal opportunity.
