1) we wear cotton clothes in summers bcuze as we know that in summers there is lot of sweat coming from our body and cotton is good absorber of heat so it absorbs heat and sweat from our body that also help to feel us cool thats why its preferred to wear cotton clothes in summers.
2) because on rainy day air contains more water vapour than on a dry day that result in slower evaporation. Thats why wet clothes dry slowly on hot dry day.

(a) Similarity :

In both cases water form as water vapour.

Difference :

Evaporation takes place at any time.

Boiling takes place at only fixed point.

(b) (i) Sweat is absorbed by the cotton and is exposed to the atmosphere making evaporation faster. During this, evaporation particles on the surface of the liquid given energy from our body surface making the body cool.

(ii) Water will absorb the latent heat from the skin resulting in the lowering the temperature of the body.

(iii) Clothes dry slowly because the air has lot of water vapour on it and it cannot accommodate the water vapour created by wet clothes, so water remains in clothes for longer time.

HOPE ITS HELPFUL .!!!!!!!

MARK IT AS BAINLIEST.
