BOILING AND EVAPORATION
SIMILARITY:-
In boiling add well as in evaporation the state conversion is same that is from liquid to gas.
DIFFERENCE :-
evaporation is a surface phenomenon while boiling is considered as bulk phenomenon.
Evaporation takes place at the temperature which is below boiling point while boiling takes place at boiling point.

similarity: in both the cases liquid turns to vapour
difference: -
boiling : (1) it is a bulk phenomenon
(2) it takes place only when liquid is heated to 100°C
evaporation: (1) it is a surface phenomenon
(2) it can take place in any temparature
