The root cause for the problem in Belgium is there are two governments. In Belgium the South are majority in the country but french are majority in the capital. Instead of mingling with each other and making the both of them as national language the government separated them which leads to bigger conflict as there is saying "Change the way to finish the conflict but don't change your way for avoiding them".

If there is little slip in the Belgium governments it would explode like USSR.
