WHAT IS PYTHAGORAS THEOREM ?

Pythagoras Theorem states that the square of the hypotenuse of a right-angled triangle is equals to the sum of squares of other two sides.

{hypotenuse }^{2}  =  {base}^{2}  +  {perpendicular}^{2}

CONVERSE OF PYTHAGORAS THEOREM :-

It states that if square of one side of a triangle is equals to the sum of square of other two sides then that triangle must be a right- angled triangle.

Both the Theorems can be proved by concept of similarities of Triangles.
