Harishchandra Sakharam Bhatvadekar is pointed as 'Save Dada'.

He lived in Mumbai which was called as Bombay, then his occupation was a portrait photographer in Maharashtra.

Lumiere Brothers was the first movie shot and shown in Mumbai.

H.S. Bhatvadekar was influenced by that movie and he ordered and bought a camera from England.

He shot a first film known as Wrestlers in Hanging Gardens at Mumbai.

It was a quite simple and small video of a wrestling bout and it was screened in 1899.

Then, this was his contribution to cinema.
