2.Those who contest need to accep the decision of the ppl
3. if they thing that the govt is not running efficiently then they can demand for re electins

Demerits--
1. if no party gets the majority then it's a prob.
2.if there is a coalition govt. then none of parties can do work on it's own view.
3. some ppl vote on caste basis.
