caste only cannot determine the election results in India because the majority in votes to a particular candidate in the election is caused by religion, sound public opinion and support to the leader rather than the caste....

cast can not determine our cast we have the primble that no one should discernment the cast also we have "right vote,right to justice,etc we have all the rights "we make movement also
