ASSALAMUALAIKUM,

LAW OF CONSTANT PROPORTION:-

states that a given chemical compounds  always contains its component elements in fixed ratio (by mass) and does not depend on its source and method of preparation. ForL example oxygen  makes up about 8/9 of the mass of any sample of pure water, while hydrogen makes up the remaining 1/9 of the mass.

LAW OF CONSERVSTION OF MASS:-

The law of conservation of mass or principle of mass conservation states that for any system closed to all transfers of matter and energy, the mass of the system must remain constant over time, as system's mass cannot change, so quantity cannot be added nor removed. Hence, the quantity of mass is conserved over time.

INSHAALLAH it will help you!

Answer:

Laws of conservation of mass - It states that mass can neither created nor destroyed. The total mass before and after a chemical reaction remains constant. Laws of constant proportion - It states that in a chemical substance the elements are always present in a fixed proportion by their mass.
