Lysosomes are present in Golgi apparatus present in the cell.
They are used when the cell becomes a burden to the body. When a cell is infected it passes the infection to the other cells very quickly ,by this it is a burden.
These lysosomes are then released by Golgi apparatus to destroy the cell.
That is why these are also called as suicidal bags
