Answer:
THE CAUSES OF FAILURE OF RAJPUTS
1. NO JOINT PLAN OF ACTION: The Rajput kingdoms were mostly not united. They never fought under one leader. It was easy for muslims to defeat them one by one.
2. OUTDATED STYLE OF INDIAN WARFARE: From the 10th century onwards, the armoured horsemen and the mounted archers became popular. The Turks had become adept in this new style of warfare while the Indians were not. They still depended on elephants and infantry.
3. NO NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS: The spirit of national consciousness in India was weak.
4. ABSENCE OF AN OUTSTANDING LEADER: Indians were fighting among themselves. India was divided into small Independent states, so there was no outstanding leader to save the country.
