When the light enters in an angle and exits in the same angle then the deviation would be very minimal.
Example, if the light passes through a prism then the deviation is said to be very minimum, since the Ray light is deflected and the entrance angle is equal to exit angle.

It is clear that an angle of deviation has the minimum value 'δm' for only one value of the angle of incidence. The minimum value of the angle of deviation when a ray of light passes through a prism is called the angle of minimum deviation.
