There are few conditions where Ohm’s can be validated with less degree of error. they are:
The material should be either conductor or insulator (The conductivity of the semi-conductor can be tuned in accordance with the doping level)
Temperature in consideration should be maintained at a constant value
The material should be in solid state (the conduction phenomenon in liquids & gases are different in comparison with solids)
