\impliesThe various factors affecting reproductive health of an adolescent are:

i) Nutrition: Adolescence is a stage of rapid growth and development. Hence during this age, a balanced diet should be taken.

ii) Personal hygiene: It is very important for teenagers to take care of their cleanliness as there is an increased activity of sweat glands which causes odour. Hence taking a bath everyday is very important.

iii) Physical exercise: It is important for teenagers to exercise regularly as it keeps the body fit and healthy.

iv) Say “No” to drugs: Adolescence is a period of confusion and insecurity. It is important for teenagers to have control over their mind. Drugs can spoil health, career and life as drugs are addictive. So it is important to say “No” to drugs.
