if they apparent weight of the body is more than the buoyant force then the body will sink and if the weight of the body is less than the apparent force then the body will float based on Archimedes principle

Hey,

-» When the density of the body is more than the density of the liquid then it would SINK.

-» When the body's density is less when compared to that of the liquid it will FLOAT.
