Answer:

A line segment has two endpoints. It contains these endpoints and all the points of the line between them. ... A ray is a part of a line that has one endpoint and goes on infinitely in only one direction. You cannot measure the length of a ray.

Ray

  • It is a structure that starts from a single point and ends up on infinity
  • Ray can go in any direction of a single Plane
  • Roughly more than 1 ray can originate from a single point
  • if 2 rays are one on each other then both of rays will be counted 1

Line

  • It is a structure that has no specific originating point.
  • It can extend upto infinity
  • It can extend in all direction by both sides in a single plane
  • if two lines are one upon each other then they will be counted as two different lines irrespective of their infinity length
