state the difference between dicot and monocot roots with respect to number of vascular bundle and the pith

1) In dicot root has fewer xylem bundles (2 to 4 xylem and phloem patches)
    In monocot root more than 6 xylem bundles.

2) pith is large in monocot and well developed.
    pith is small in dicot and surrounded by parenchyma cell.
