Answer: Inland fishery is the rearing of fish in fresh water and brackish water whereas marine fishery is the rearing of fish in sea water.

Marine fisheries is the culture of fishes in marine waters. In othe words capturing and culturing the fishes of oceans and seas is called marine fisheries. Fresh water fisheries and brackish water fisheries are collectively called inland fisheries.
